Certain users of the iOS (iPhone) version of the app have reported not being able to access any of the additional workout packs. We apologize for this - it is being caused by a bug in Apple's latest iOS update.

To temporarily bypass this problem, please follow the follow directions:



Step 1. Go to "extra workouts" portion of the app and ensure that you have downloaded the workout pack you wish to use. There should be a checkmark next to it.





Step 2. Press back and go to the main screen of the app. Tap the three lines in the top left of the screen to show the app settings.






Step 3. Go to languages and change the language of the app to anything else. The app will automatically close. When it reloads, go back to the settings again and change the language back to your preference.





Step 4. Now when you begin a workout, you should be able to change the workout pack on the exercise screen.
